The wine has an intense ruby red color with garnet reflections in the glass, on the nose it is characterized by its intense vinosity and the characteristic scent of mountain Cannonau

About Cantina Giampietro Puggioni

The company was born in 2002 from the great passion for the land and for the wine of its founder Giampietro Puggioni. With the experience of three generations in the wine-growing field behind him, having gained the indispensable knowledge of the land and the modern techniques necessary for winemaking, Giampietro realizes the dream he has cultivated since he was a child and creates his own winery. Promoter of a quality-oriented policy, he supervises all stages of winemaking and, thanks to the perfect fusion of the most ancient processing techniques with the most modern technologies, creates first choice wines. The company is now synonymous with an established quality brand. The wine takes its name from the mask that made Mamoiada and Sardinia famous throughout the world. It is a mask that is used during the carnival of Mamoiada and of which there is evidence from the 19th century but according to some scholars could have already been used in the propitiatory rites of the Nuragic age
